The Master Lever: The Ability To Learn

Everyone does work but only a fraction turns out as millionaires. Not a lot of people have realized this. Of course, work is essential to everyone who wants to be wealthy. No one just sits around all day, does nothing, and is still somehow able to generate income. If you choose to build wealth, then you also choose to put in your time and energy into turning that into a reality. Most would say that work is the most important way to achieve that. But that’s not completely true. In fact, work is less important than leverage.

As your business expands, more tasks pile up, and responsibilities to fulfill, there comes a need for leverage. This can apply to time, people, and money. No doubt you will encounter this in the path to building wealth. How you use your money, energy, and talents determine your wealth, and not the amount of work you do. Leverage is when you multiply all your resources into generating more. This means creating a team of trustworthy and skilled individuals divided into particular committees, buying and renting out real estate instead of just selling homes, and other strategies.

The longer you tread this path, the more you will encounter situations that call for more than just you working. There may be setbacks, but these are opportunities for you to learn and apply that knowledge to future scenarios. Leveraging is all about multiplying, and learning is the master multiplier.
